Dr Abdallah is the Head of Mental Health Education at the College of Medicine and Dentistry (CoMD) an Out-center of Ulster University.

He is the Clinical consultant and Scientific advisor for EDU-LEARN institution for learning disabilities- Syria, and is serving as a Medical Advisor at (AutisMedi)-Turkey.

Oussama is specialist in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Development Disorders (PDDs), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder(ADHA), Learning Disorders (LD), and  other related Developmental Disorders and he makes regular public speeches about the important awareness of the above.

Stage Art Group Company Manager - Theatrical production and film acting and performance coaching, Founder of many theatre, screen test and acting practice workshops.

Improvisational theater productions and performances - (Answering machine) short film production 'General Organization for Cinema’ - (Dramaturgy work on the stage of the postmodern Heiner MOiier to Sarah Kane) and dramatist workshop Search within Damascus laboratory theater.

Project Manger in Interactive Theater at UNDP Syria 2019 & a member of the syndicate of artists in Syrian Arab Republic.
